Fall offers quality surgical care close to home with over 25 years of experience living and practicing in the Northland.  Specializing in varicose and spider vein treatments, Dr. Fall also provides general surgical care such as colonoscopies, gallbladder, hernia, and robotic surgeries using the daVinci robot, breast, carpal tunnel release in office, and emergency surgeries.  Kelli Culver, NP-C not only see surgical and vein patients, but also offers aesthetic services including BOTOX, and Laser – IPL, Nano and Diamond Polar for treatment of sun damaged skin, skin tightening, and wrinkle reduction.  We also sell the professional skin care line Revision.

Our hours are Mon – Thursday 8am – 4:30 pm.
