The eight-block Main Street business district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the background for a fascinating walk through Ashland’s history as seen through the eyes of Ashland’s mural artists Kelly Meredith and Susan Prentice Martinsen.
Bricks are being sold for the upcoming Mural “Women of Ashland” and Sponsorship for the DePadua School Mural
Quilt squares are still being sold for the above mural. For a donation of $100 you can have your name painted on squares. Your square can be in honor of your business, your family, yourself, or a departed loved one. Order forms are also available at the Chamber office. AMWP will take additional donations as well. Sponsored by Ashland Chamber of Commerce and the BART Bus. June 23 through September 8 on Fridays and Saturdays at 10 am and 1:30 pm. and Mondays at 1:30 pm. .Departs from the Civic Center parking lot.
Join us for Mural Fest – Saturday, September 8th at the Courthouse Lawn. Free trolley tours during the Mural Fest will be available.
