The 9th Annual Conference for "A Day for the Northwood's Caregivers", will be held at the AmericInn in Ashland, starting at 8:30am and ending at 3:45pm. Registration is $17.00, with scholarships being offered for family caregivers. The registration fee covers lunch, refreshments, and materials. Heartland Communications 3RD Annual Halloween Walking Parade. Starting at Chapple Avenue, participants of all ages can walk Main Street east to the Court House where there will be live music, a party, and a costume contest.
